Determine Eligibility Status

The Determine Eligibility Status Tool is performed after the Eligibility Calculation is run in order to determine eligibility status for the selected students. To view documentation on the Eligibility Calculation Tool, click here.

 

Click the Options Menu, Site Tools, Determine Eligibility Status.

 

The Determine Eligibility Status Screen will appear.

 

Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Monday of First Week to Compare: The system defaults to the Monday after the current day. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the Monday of the first week you want the system to use for determining the eligibility status, if necessary.

 

Monday of Previous Week to Compare: The system defaults to the Monday of the current week. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the Monday of the previous week you want the system to use for determining the eligibility status, if necessary.

A result log will appear.

 

Click to save the results.

 

Click to send an email to the Primary Guardian's default email. If the Primary Guardian does not have a default email, the Eligibility Letter will be printed instead for that Student. A record of the Notification is also saved/updated each time the Send Notifications action is processed. Those notifications can be viewed/deleted in the Student Maintenance/Notifications tab. The Guardian and Student will also have access to the Notifications in the Site Notices of the Guardian/Student Portal. The Site Notices are displayed for 14 days from the Date Sent. NOTE: This option will not display if it is not enabled in Site Setup/Settings/Notification Settings.

 

Click to print the list by Student or Student Activity.

 

The Print Eligibility List Form will appear.

 

Select the appropriate Radio Button.

 will print the list by Student.

Note: If a student is not associated with an activity in their Student Maintenance/Activities Tab, they will print under a heading of N/A.

 

Click to print the Eligibility Letters in order to mail them.

 

Click to export the report directly to PDF Format in order to save/print the Report.

 

Click to open the Report Viewer in order to save/print the Report in various formats.

 

Click to save the criteria entered as the default for the Report.

 

If you have Default Criteria set, click if you want to clear those settings.

 

 

 

 

Click to print the letters.
