Click the Options Menu, Appropriations, Maintenance to access Appropriations Maintenance.
The Appropriation will display in the Appropriation Grid (at the top of the page) and will be highlighted in blue.

The Appropriation Form will appear.
Edit the Description.

Note: You may only edit the Description for an Appropriation. If you need to add to, decrease or change the coding for an Appropriation, you will need to perform a Reclass.
