Section Recording Status

The Section Recording Status Report allows you to print a list of those Instructors who have NOT recorded attendance, eligibility or grades for the selected Section(s) on the date or grading evaluation detail selected.

 

Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.

 

Then click Section Reports, Section Grade Listing.

 

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Section Record Types: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the type of record you want to print for the report.

 

Date Of: The system defaults the Date Of to the current day. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date you want the report to print for the selected Section(s).

 

Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail: If you selected Grades in the Section Record Types field, use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Grading Schedule you would like to use for the Grades Report.

 

Select the Sections to view.

Click to export the report directly to PDF Format in order to save/print the Section Recording Status.

 

Click to open the Report Viewer in order to save/print the Section Recording Status in various formats.

 

Click to save the criteria entered as the default for the Section Recording Status.

 

If you have Default Criteria set, click if you want to clear those settings.
