The Reverse Group Section Enrollments option allows you to remove Section Enrollments for the selected group of students.
Click the Options Menu, Auto Scheduling, Reverse Group Section Enrollments.
The Reverse Group Section Enrollments screen will appear.
Note: If you just used
the Add Group Section Enrollments option and navigated to this screen,
the Student Selector will be filtered for the same group of Students.
However, you may click to select the group of Students
for whom you want to reverse Section Enrollments.

The system will populate the Section Filter Lookup Grid with all Sections available for the Selected Year and Site. You can filter the grid for the specific Sections in which you want to remove from the group of Students. The system defaults the
Check Box to checked. Note:
If the Check Box is checked, only the Section Enrollments with and Enrollment
Code of GROUP will be reversed for the selected Students and Sections.
If the Check Box is un-checked, all the Section Enrollments regardless
of the Enrollment Code will be reversed for the selected Students and
Sections.
Click .
A confirmation screen
will appear. Read the confirmation and then click to
proceed.
A second confirmation
screen will appear. Read the confirmation and then click to proceed.
A result log will display. You can save and/or print the log.
