The Additional Units Tab is where you will enter the graduation requirements that are above or in addition to the core graduation requirements. Additional Units are other graduation requirements that are not defined in the core graduation requirements. The core graduation requirements and the additional units together make up the Graduation Plan's total units.
Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.
The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the Graduation Plans Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.
Select the Graduation Plan to which you want to add Additional Units from the Graduation Plans Grid. The selected Graduation Plan is highlighted in blue.
Click the Additional Units Tab.
Additional Units: Enter the additional units needed to satisfy the Graduation Plan.
Click to
save the Additional Units.
