How to Add an Assessment Area

Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.

 

The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the Assessments Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.

 

Select the Assessment to which you want to add an Assessment Area from the Assessments Grid. The selected Assessment is highlighted in blue.

 

Click the Areas Tab.

 

Click next to the Assessment Areas Grid.

 

The Assessment Area Form will appear.

 

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Name: Enter a Name for the Assessment Area.

 

Benchmark:  Enter the required score to indicate the student has met the criteria for the assessment area.

 

Is Optional: Check the Is Optional Check Box if this Assessment Area is optional for the student.

 

Click to save the Assessment Area.

 

Click to save the Assessment Area and add another.
