How to Add a Transcript

Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.

 

Then click Site Advanced Setup.

 

Click the Transcript Report Options Tab.

 

Click next to the Transcript Report Options Grid.

 

The Transcript Report Options Form will appear.

 

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Name: Enter a Name for the Transcript Report.

 

Graduation Plan: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Graduation Plan for the Transcript Report.

 

Select the Options you want to print on the Transcript:

Print Graduation Date

Print Graduation Plan

Print Immunizations

Print Transcript Note

 

Mark Option: Use the Drop Down List Box to select how you would like the Mark to print on the Transcript.

 

Note: If you select Numeric, the Score will print rounded with no decimal places. For example, a Score of 92.3 will be rounded and printed as 92.

Note: If you select FullDisplayNumeric, the Grade Mark and the Score will display together. For example, a Score of 92.3 will be printed as A/92.

Note: If Instructor Input is selected, the value input by the Instructor will be printed on the Grade Card. If Instructor Input is selected and the Instructor did not input a value, the Numeric Value will be printed on the Transcript.

 

Click to save the Transcript Report.

 

Click to save the Transcript Report and add another.

 

After you have added a Transcript, you will need to include the appropriate Achievements, add assessments and include the GPA Calculation.
