How to Include Achievements on a Transcript

Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.

 

Then click Site Advanced Setup.

 

Click the Transcript Report Options Tab.

 

Select the Transcript in which you want to work from the Transcript Report Options Grid.

 

Click the Achievement Codes Tab.

 

To include an Achievement listed in the Available Achievement Codes Grid on the Transcript, simply click next to the Code UID.

 

If you want to add multiple Achievements that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your keyboard, click the first and the last Achievement you want to add. Then, click .

 

If you want to add multiple Achievements that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your keyboard, click each Achievement you want to add.

Then, click .

 

Now the assigned Achievement(s) will display in the Selected Achievement Codes Grid.

 

If you want to remove an Achievement from the Transcript, select the Achievement from the Selected Achievement Codes Grid. The selected Achievement is highlighted in blue.

 

Then, click next to the Selected Achievement Codes Grid.

 

A confirmation screen will appear.
