Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.
The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the Grading Scales Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.
Then, select the Grading Scales Tab.
Click next to the Grading
Scales Grid.
The Grading Scale Form will appear.
Input specifications are as follows:
Name: Enter a Name for the Grading Scale.
Allow Scores Above Grading Scale: Check this check box if you want to allow the instructors to enter a grade in the Gradebook for a student that is above the grading scale's highest grade.
Allow Scores Below Grading Scale: Check this check box if you want to allow the instructors to enter a grade in the Gradebook for a student that is below the grading scale's lowest grade.
Minimum Eligibility Grading Scale Detail: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the minimum grade required for a student to be considered eligible. Note: You will need to add the Grading Scale Detail before the system can populate the Minimum Eligibility Grading Scale Detail Drop Down List Box. Click
to save the Grading Scale.
Click
to save the Grading Scale and add another.

If you would like to exclude a Grading Scale from printing on a Transcript, you will need to designate those Exceptions. To view documentation on How to Designate Grading Scale Print Exceptions, click here.
