Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Site Advanced Setup.
Click the Grading Evaluation Schedules Tab.
Select the Grading Schedule to which you want to add the detail from the Grading Evaluation Schedules Grid. The selected Grading Schedule is highlighted in blue.
Click 
next to the Grading
Evaluation Schedules Details Grid.
The Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail Form will appear.
Input specifications are as follows:
Description: Enter a description for the Grade given during a Grading Period.
Grading Period: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Grading Period. After you enter the Grading Period, the system will automatically populate the Begin and End Display Dates (below) to the Grading Period's Session Begin and End dates respectively.
Calculation Date: Use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to enter the date you would like to allow instructors to begin calculating grades for this grading period.
Grade Eval Schedule Code: Use the Drop Down List Box to enter the Grade Evaluation Schedule Code.
Begin Display Date: The system automatically populates the Begin Display Date based on the Grading Period you entered above. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box to change the first date you would like for the grades to display in i-GB, if necessary.
End Display Date: The system automatically populates the End Display Date based on the Grading Period you entered above. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box to change the last date you would like for the grades to display in i-GB, if necessary. After this date, the Grade will not be viewable in any of the i-GB portals or in reports such as the Section Grade Listing.

to save the detail and add another.
After you have added a Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail, you will need to assign objective standards to the grading evaluation schedule.
