Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Site Advanced Setup.
Click the Grading Evaluation Schedules Tab.
Select the Grading Schedule of which you want to assign Objective Standards to the detail from the Grading Evaluation Schedules Grid. The selected Grading Schedule is highlighted in blue.
Select the Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail to which you want to assign Objective Standards from the Grading Evaluation Schedules Details Grid. The selected Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail is highlighted in blue.
NOTE: The Objective Standards that display in the Available Objective Standards Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Courses Tab/Objective Standards Tab. Please contact a Municipal Accounting Systems, Inc. Representative for assistance if you want to add an Objective Standard.
To
assign an Objective Standard listed in the Available Objective Standards
Grid to the Grading Evaluation Schedule Detail, simply click next to the LEA Name.
If you want to add multiple Objective
Standards that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key
on your keyboard, click the first and the last Objective Standard you
want to add. Then, click .
If you want to add multiple Objective Standards that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your keyboard, click each Objective Standard you want to add.
Then, click .
Now the assigned Objective Standard will display in the Selected Objective Standards Grid.
If you want to remove an Objective Standards from the Detail, select the Objective Standard from the Selected Objective Standards Grid. The selected Objective Standard is highlighted in blue.
Then, click next to the Selected Objective
Standards Grid.
A confirmation screen will appear.
