Contact Lookup

The Contact Lookup allows you to enter a Contact in order to access Student Records or add a Student to that Contact.

 

Click the Student Filters Quick Access Button.

 

Click the Contact Lookup Tab.

 

 

Input specifications are as follows:

 

First Name: Enter the Contact's first name.

 

Last Name: Enter the Contact's last name.

 

Click .

 

The Student List Grid will appear.

 

Those students assigned to this Contact will appear in the list.

 

Click the Student Name Link to access the Student Record and Contact information.

 

Click to add a student.
