Home > Options Menu > Student Reports > Contact Information Detail
The Contact Information Detail Report prints the selected students and the selected relationships with the entered personal information.
Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Student Reports, Contact Information Detail.
Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:
Print All Student Relationships:
The system defaults all Check Boxes to checked. However, if you do not want a specific relationship to print on the report, un-check the appropriate level indicator Check Box.
Parent Legal Guardian
Has Custody
Access to Records
Pickup Rights
Emergency Contact
Lives With
Page Break After Each Student: Check the Check Box if you want the report to page break after each student.
Click
to export
the report directly to PDF Format in order to print/save the Contact Information.
Click
to open the Report Viewer in order to save/print the Contact Information
in various formats.
Click
to save the criteria entered as the default for the Contact Information.
If
you have Default Criteria set, click if you want
to clear those settings.
