Add Instructional Environment

The Add Instructional Environment Tool allows you to add the Instructional Environment for the selected students. If you want to add an Instructional Environment for an individual Student, click here.  Note: You can add/edit Instructional Environment Codes from Options Menu/LEA Setup/Code Tables Tab/Instructional Environment Code. Click the Options Menu, Site Tools, Add Instructional Environment.

The Add Instructional Environment Screen will appear.

Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:

Instructional Environment: Use the Drop Down List Box to select the Instructional Environment you want to add to this group of selected students.

Override Existing: Check the Override Existing Check Box if you want to override an existing Instructional Environment set for the selected Student(s).

A confirmation screen will appear.

Click .

The Instructional Environment Code that was added for the selected Students can now be seen by the Instructor from the Instructor Gradebook Scores Page and Attendance Page.
