How to Design Purchase Orders

Click the Options Menu, Design Reports to access the Design Reports Form.

 

Input Specifications are as follows:

 

Report: Use the Drop Down List Box to select the Purchase Orders.

 

Layout:  Type to enter a Layout Name or use the Drop Down List Box to edit a previously entered Layout.

 

Click .

 

The Report Designer will appear.

To add Purchase Order Signatures:

 

Left click located on the left Toolbar, hold down the mouse and drag the Image Box to the Requested By or Encumbered By Box.

 

Click the Image Lookup Button located in the Actions Drop Down, Properties Tool Box.

 

Navigate to the Signature Image File. Click .

 

To adjust the size of the image, use the Re-sizing Box OR you can click to adjust the Size.

 

Click a and then to enter the Location for the Signature Image.

 

 

Click and then to adjust the Size of the Signature Image.
