The Student Rollup Tool allows you to roll the selected Student(s)' records up to the new year.
Note: If you have students at your Site that need to roll up to the next Site, the next Site will need to be set in the Site Setup/Next Site Field. To view documentation on How to Edit a Site, click here.
Click the Options Menu, New Year Rollup, Student Rollup.
The Student Rollup Screen will appear.
Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:
Student Yearly Record Rollup Options: The system defaults to rollup all options except Counselor, Advisor and Locker Assignment. If you do not want to rollup an option, un-check the Check Box next to that option. If you want to copy the Counselor, Advisor and/or Locker Assignment, check the appropriate Check Box.
The system defaults to copy all Federal Codes. If you do not want to copy all Federal Codes, un-check the Check Box next to the one(s) you don't want to copy to the new year.
Default Enrollment Code: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Default Enrollment Code for the students that are to be rolled up.
Default Entry Date: Use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to enter the Default Entry Date for the students that are to be rolled up.
Copy SIF Home Room: The system defaults to copy the SIF Home Room to report. If you do not want to copy the SIF Home Room, un-check the Check Box.
