.Click the Options Menu, New Year Rollup, Site Settings Setup.
The Site Settings Setup Rollup Screen will appear.
Input specifications are as follows:
Copy From School Year: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the School Year you want to copy FROM.
Site Years Detail Lookup: Select the Site you want to copy. Note: We recommend you copy one Site at a time.

A confirmation screen will appear.

The Attendance Letter Settings, Grade Calculation Settings, GPA Calculation Settings, Grade Card Report Options, and Transcript Report Options will be copied to the next School Year for the selected Sites.
Note: If you have Settings for Google Classroom entered in the Site Advanced Setup/Google Classroom Tab, those settings will also be rolled up.
