The Schedule Matrix Report allows you to print schedules with rows/columns for the selected Student(s) by a begin and end Session and/or begin and end Date.
Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Student Reports, Schedule Matrix.
Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:
Begin Session: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Begin Session for the Schedule, if applicable.
Begin Date: The system defaults the Begin Date to the first day of the current fiscal year if a Begin Session is not entered above. If a Begin Session is entered above, the system will default the Begin Date to the first day of the selected Session. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
End Session: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the End Session for the Schedule, if applicable.
End Date: The system defaults the End Date to the last day of the current fiscal year if an End Session is not entered above. If an End Session is entered above, the system will default the End Date to the last day of the selected Session. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
Click
to export
the report directly to PDF Format in order to print/save the Schedule(s).
Click
to open the Report Viewer in order to save/print the Schedule(s) in various
formats.
Click
to save the criteria entered as the default for the Schedule(s).
If
you have Default Criteria set, click if you want
to clear those settings.
