Note: The Alerts that display in the Available Lunch Room Alert Types Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Code Tables/Alert Type screen. Please call a Municipal Accounting Systems, Inc. Representative for assistance.
Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.
The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the LEA Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.
Select the Settings Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.
Then, click the Lunch Room Alerts Tab.
Move applicable Alert Types from the Available Lunch Room Alert Types Grid to the Selected Lunch Room Alert Types Grid. This will allow i-LR users to view alerts in i-LR.
Note: Move only the Alert Types you want the i-LR users to view.
To move Alert Types, click next to the appropriate Alert Type UID.
Now the assigned Alert Types will display in the Selected Lunch Room Alert Types Grid.
If you want to remove an Alert Type, select the Alert Type from the Selected Gradebook Alert Types Grid. The selected Alert Type is highlighted in blue.
Then, click next to the Selected Gradebook
Alert Types Grid.
A confirmation screen will appear.
Click .
