The Other Marks Tab is where you add/edit/view the back transcript grades for a student.
Click the Student Maintenance Quick Access Button on the Navigation Bar.
The Student Maintenance Screen will appear.
Select Item: Begin typing the Student's name or ID. The system will search and a list will display in the Drop Down List Box. Select the student whose record you want to access.
The Student Record will display.
Click the Other Marks Tab.
Click next to the Other
Marks Grid.
The Other Marks Form will appear.
Input specifications are as follows:
School Year: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the School Year the student attended at the previous School for which you are entering the back transcript grades.
Session Name: Enter the name of the Session for which you are entering the transcript information.
Session Begin Date: The system defaults the date to the current day. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
Session End Date: The system defaults the date to the current day. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
School Name: Enter the name of the School the student attended previously for which you are entering the back transcript grades.
Grade: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the grade level the student was in when they took the course for which you are entering the transcript information.
Description: Enter the description of the course the student took.
Input: Enter the grade the student received on the transcript.
GR Units: Enter the number of graduation units the student received on the transcript for the course.
GPA Units: Enter the number of GPA units the student received on the transcript for the course.
Weighted GPA Type: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the weighted GPA Type, if applicable.
Graduation Requirement Code: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Graduation Requirement Code for the course.
Grading Period: Enter the grading period for which you are entering transcript information.
Grading Evaluation Schedule Code: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Grading Evaluation Schedule Code for the course.
Grading Scale: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Grading Scale used.
Click to save the Other
Marks.
Click to
save the Other Marks and add another.
