Click the Student Maintenance Quick Access Button on the Navigation Bar.
The Student Maintenance Screen will appear.
Select Item: Begin typing the Student's name or ID. The system will search and a list will display in the Drop Down List Box. Select the student whose record you want to access.
The Student Record will display.
Click the Graduation Tab.
Input specifications are as follows:
Projected Graduation Date: The system defaults the Projected Graduation Date based on the student's enrollment.
Actual Graduation Date: Enter the date the student actually graduated. Note: Do not enter the Actual Graduation Date until the student has graduated.
On-Time Graduation Year: The system defaults the On-Time Graduation Year based on the student's enrollment.
Click
to save the Graduation Data.
Clicknext
to the Graduation Plans Grid.
The Graduation Plan Form will appear.
Use the Drop Down List Box to enter the Graduation Plan.
Click to save the Graduation
Plan.
Click
to save the Graduation Plan and add another.
