Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Site Advanced Setup.
Click the Transcript Report Options Tab.
Select the Transcript in which you want to work from the Transcript Report Options Grid.
Click the Assessments Tab.
Select the Assessment you want to edit from the Transcript Report Options Assessments Grid. The selected Assessment is highlighted in blue.
Click next to the Transcript
Report Options Assessments Grid.
The Assessment Form will appear.
Edit the necessary data.
