How to Edit a GPA Calculation Setting

Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.

Then click Site Advanced Setup.

Click the GPA Calculation Settings Tab.

Click the GPA Calculation Settings Tab.

Select the GPA Calculation Setting you want to edit from the GPA Calculation Settings Grid. The selected GPA Calculation Setting is highlighted in blue.

Click next to the GPA Calculation Settings Grid.

The GPA Calculation Settings Form will appear.

Edit the necessary data.
