How to Assign Rooms to a Site

Click the Options Menu, Site Setup to access the Site Setup Screen.

 

Select the Site in which you want to work. The selected Site is highlighted in blue.

 

Click the Rooms Tab.

 

NOTE: The Rooms that display in the Available Rooms Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Buildings/Rooms Tab. You must first add Rooms before you are able to assign rooms to this Site. To view documentation on How to Add a Room, click here.

 

To assign a Room listed in the Available Rooms Grid to the Site, simply click next to the Building Name.

 

If you want to add multiple Rooms that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your key board, click the first and the last Room you want to add. Then, click .

 

If you want to add multiple Rooms that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your key board, click each Room you want to add.

Then, click .

 

Now the assigned Room(s) will display in the Selected Rooms Grid.

 

If you want to remove a Room from a Site, select the Room from the Selected Rooms Grid. The selected Room is highlighted in blue.

 

Then, click next to the Selected Rooms Grid.

 

A confirmation screen will appear.
