How to Assign Other Contacts

 

Click the Options Menu, Site Setup to access the Site Setup Screen.

 

Select the Site in which you want to work. The selected Site is highlighted in blue.

 

Click the Contact/Events Tab.

 

Then click the Other Contact Tab.

 

 

NOTE: The Contacts that display in the Available Contacts Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Contacts Tab. You must first add Contacts before you are able to enter Other Contacts. To view documentation on How to Enter Contacts, click here.

 

To assign an Employee listed in the Available Contacts Grid as an Other Contact for the Site, simply click next to their Contact Type Code.

 

If you want to add multiple Other Contacts that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your key board, click the first and the last Contact you want to add. Then, click .

 

If you want to add multiple Other Contacts that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your key board, click each Contact you want to add.

Then, click .

 

Now the assigned Employee(s) will display in the Selected Contacts Grid.

 

If you want to remove an Employee as a Site Other Contact, select the Employee from the Selected Contacts Grid. The selected Employee is highlighted in blue.

 

Then, click next to the Selected Contacts Grid.

 

A confirmation screen will appear.
