Click the Options Menu, Site Setup to access the Site Setup Screen.
Select the Site in which you want to work. The selected Site is highlighted in blue.
Click the Instructors Tab.
NOTE: The Instructors that display in the Available Instructors Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Instructors Tab. To view documentation on How to Add a New Instructor, click here. To view documentation on How to Add an Instructor Already in the Database, click here.
To
assign an Instructor listed in the Available Instructors Grid to the Site,
simply click 
next
to the Instructor UID.
If you want to add multiple Instructors
that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your key
board, click the first and the last Instructor you want to add. Then,
click 
.
If you want to add multiple Instructors that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your key board, click each Instructor you want to add.
Then, click .
Now the assigned Instructor(s) will display in the Selected Instructors Grid.
