How to Assign Grades to a Staff Assignment

Click the Options Menu, Site Setup to access the Site Setup Screen.

 

Select the Site in which you want to work. The selected Site is highlighted in blue.

 

Click the Staff Assignment Tab.

 

Select the Instructor for which you want to add the Grade(s) from the Instructors Grid. The selected Instructor is highlighted in blue.

 

Then, select the Staff Assignment from the Staff Assignments Grid to which you want to add the Grade(s). The selected Staff Assignment is highlighted in blue.

 

To assign a Grade listed in the Available Grades Grid to the Staff Assignment, simply click next to the Grade UID.

 

If you want to add multiple Grades that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your key board, click the first and the last Grade you want to add. Then, click .

 

If you want to add multiple Grades that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your key board, click each Grade you want to add.

Then, click .

 

Now the assigned Grade(s) will display in the Selected Grades Grid.
