Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Site Advanced Setup.
Click the GPA Calculation Settings Tab.
Click the GPA Calculation Details Tab.
GPA Calculation Setting: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the GPA Setting in which you want to work.
Click the GPA Ranges Tab.
Select the GPA Range to which you want to add details from the GPA Ranges Grid. The selected GPA Range is highlighted in blue.
To
assign a Detail listed in the Available GPA Range Grading Scale Details
Grid to the GPA Range, simply click next to the Grading
Scale.
If you want to add multiple Details that
are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your keyboard,
click the first and the last Detail you want to add. Then, click .
If you want to add multiple Details that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your keyboard, click each Detail you want to add.
Then, click .
Now the assigned Detail will display in the Selected GPA Range Grading Scale Details Grid.
If you want to remove a Detail from the GPA Range, select the Detail from the Selected GPA Range Grading Scale Details Grid. The selected Detail is highlighted in blue.
Then, click next to the Selected GPA
Range Grading Scale Details Grid.
A confirmation screen will appear.
Click .
