Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Site Advanced Setup.
Click the Courses Tab.
NOTE: The Courses that display in the Available Courses Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Courses Tab/Courses Tab. To view documentation on How to Add a Course, click here.
To
assign a Course listed in the Available Courses Grid to the Site, simply
click next to the Course UID.
If you want to add multiple Courses that
are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your keyboard,
click the first and the last Course you want to add. Then, click .
If you want to add multiple Courses that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your keyboard, click each Course you want to add.
Then, click .
Now the assigned Course will display in the Selected Courses Grid.
If you need to Edit the Course Max Students, Length, Number of Periods, select the appropriate Course from the Selected Courses Grid. The selected Course is highlighted in blue.
Then, click next to the Selected Courses
Grid.
Edit the necessary data.
Click .
If you want to remove a Course from the Site, select the Course from the Selected Courses Grid. The selected Course is highlighted in blue.
Then, click next to the Selected Courses
Grid.
A confirmation screen will appear.
Click .
