How to Assign Buildings to a Site

Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.

The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the Site Master Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.

NOTE: The Buildings that display in the Available Buildings Grid are populated from the LEA Setup/Buildings/Rooms Tab. You must first add Buildings before you are able to assign Buildings to a Site. To view documentation on How to Add a Building, click here.

Select the Site to which you want to assign a Building from the Site Masters Grid.

To assign an Building listed in the Available Buildings Grid to a Site, simply click next to the Building Name.

If you want to add multiple Buildings that are listed consecutively, press and hold the shift key on your key board, click the first and the last Building you want to add. Then, click .

If you want to add multiple Buildings that are NOT listed consecutively, press and hold the control key on your key board, click each Building you want to add.

Then, click .

Now the assigned Building(s) will display in the Selected Buildings Grid.

If you want to remove a Building from a site, select the Building from the Selected Buildings Grid. The selected Building is highlighted in blue.

Then, click next to the Selected Buildings Grid.

A confirmation screen will appear.
