to the Site Announcement Grid. The Site/Announcements Tool allows you to post an Announcement to display in i-GB for the Site.
Click the Options Menu, Site Tools, Announcements.
The Announcements screen will appear.
Click next
to the Site Announcement Grid.
Input specifications are as follows:
Title: Enter the Title you would like to display for the Announcement.
Message: Enter the Announcement. You may edit to display the Message for your preference.
Start Display Date: Use the Drop Down Calendar Box to enter the date you would like the Announcement to begin displaying in i-GB.
End Display Date: Use the Drop Down Calendar Box to enter the date you would like the Announcement to stop displaying in i-GB.
Click
to save the Announcement
Click
to save the Announcement and add another.
