How to Add a Graduation Plan Assessment

Click the Options Menu, LEA Setup to access the LEA Setup Screen.

 

The LEA Setup Tab Slider will appear. Select the Graduation Plans Tab. The selected tab is highlighted by a black box.

 

Select the Graduation Plan to which you want to add the Assessment from the Graduation Plans Grid. The selected Graduation Plan is highlighted in blue.

 

Click the Assessments Tab.

 

Click next to the Graduation Plan Assessments Grid.

 

The Graduation Plan Assessment Form will appear.

 

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Assessment: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Assessment you would like to add to the Graduation Plan.

For example, if you enter an End of Instruction Test, the student must pass/satisfy this Assessment to meet the graduation requirement.

 

Assessment Reporting Option: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Assessment Reporting Options you would like to use for the Graduation Plan. This determines how the assessment will be selected in determining the status of the Assessment for the Graduation Plan.

 

Click to save the Graduation Plan Assessment.

 

Click to save the Graduation Plan Assessment and add another.
