The Attendance Detail Report prints a detailed list of attendance for the selected students.
Click the Options Menu, verify the Site in which you want to work is selected in the Site Drop Down List Box.
Then click Student Reports, Attendance Detail.
Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:
Begin Date: The system defaults the Begin Date to the first day of the current fiscal year. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
End Date: The system defaults the End Date to the last day of the current fiscal year. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.
Select All Attendance Codes: The system defaults to print the report for all attendance codes. If you want to print the report for specific Attendance Code(s), un-check the Check Box.
Attendance Codes: If you un-checked the Select All Attendance Codes Check Box, check the applicable Attendance Code Check Box(es).
Page Break After Each Student: Check this Check Box if you want to page break after each Student.
Click
to export
the report directly to PDF Format in order to print/save the Attendance
Detail Report.
Click
to open the Report Viewer in order to save/print the Attendance Detail
Report in various formats.
Click
to save the criteria entered as the default for the Attendance Detail
Report.
If
you have Default Criteria set, click if you want
to clear those settings.
