Add Lunch Time

The Add Lunch Time Tool allows you to add a lunch time for the selected students by Date Range for the specified day(s) of week.

 

Click the Options Menu, Site Tools, Add Lunch Time.

 

The Add Lunch Time Screen will appear.

 

Select the Student(s) to view.

Input specifications are as follows:

 

Lunch Time: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the Lunch Time. The system populates the Lunch Times from Options Menu/Site Setup/Lunch Times Tab. To view documentation on How to Add a Lunch Time, click here.

 

Begin Date: The system defaults the Begin Date to the first day of the School Year. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.

 

End Date: The system defaults the End Date to the last day of the School Year. However, you may use the Drop Down Calendar Box or type to change the date, if necessary.

 

Select All Week Days: Check the Check Box if you want to add the Lunch Time for all week days.

 

Week Days: If you do NOT check the Select All Week Days Check Box, check the appropriate day(s) of the week to which you want to add a lunch time.

A confirmation screen will appear.
