Purchase Order Maintenance allows you to manage all Purchase Orders.
Click the PO Maintenance Quick Access Button or click the Options Menu, Purchase Order Maintenance to access PO/Maintenance.
Use the Fund Slider to select the Fund in which you want to work.
Select Item: Begin typing the PO Description in which you want to work. This is a lookup tool that performs an incremental search. You may search for a Purchase Order by Number, Description, Vendor Number, Vendor Name or the Vendor Search Description. There will be a slight delay as it searches for the data. After the criteria is located, a Drop Down List Box will display. Use the Drop Down List Box to enter the PO.
The PO Header will display the PO Information, Vendor, Approval, Amounts and Paid To data.
The PO Maintenance screen contains the Items Tab, Closed Items Tab, PO Detail Tab and PO Analysis Tab.
The Items Tab is where you manage the Purchase Order Items.
The Closed Items Tab is where you view the Purchase Order Items that have been closed.
The PO Detail Tab is where the details and history of the Purchase Order will display.
The PO Analysis Tab is where you can group the Purchase Order Details in order to analyze and compare data.
