Print 1099s

The Print 1099s tool allows you to print 1099 forms or a 1099 Listing. For detailed instruction on 1099 Procedures, click here.

 

Click the Options Menu, Federal/State Reports, Print 1099s to access the Print 1099s Form.

 

Input Specifications are as follows:

 

Calendar Year:  Enter the Calendar Year.

 

Funds: Enter the Funds. If you enter multiple Funds, separate using commas. If you want to report for a range of Funds, enter the first Fund, then a "-" and the last Fund.  If you want to print for all Funds, leave this field blank.

 

Vendors: Enter the Vendors. If you enter multiple Vendors, separate using commas. If you want to print for all Vendors, leave this field blank.

 

Print 1099 Vendors Only: The system defaults the Print 1099 Vendors Only Check Box to checked, if you don't want to print 1099 Vendors only, un-check the box.

 

Vendor Minimum Amount to Print: Enter the Vendor minimum amount you want to print, if applicable.

 

Nonemployee Compensation Objects: Enter the nonemployee compensation Objects, if applicable. If left blank, no expenditures will be selected for Nonemployee Compensation. If more than one object code applies, separate using commas. If using a range of object codes, separate with a dash (i.e., 000, 100-200, 300).  

NOTE: You must enter the appropriate object codes in the Nonemployee Compensation Objects field for those expenditures to be included on the 1099-NEC Form.

 

Medical and Healthcare Payment Objects: Enter the Medical and Healthcare Payment Objects, if applicable. If left blank, no expenditures will be selected for Medical and Healthcare Payments. If more than one object code applies, separate using commas. If using a range of object codes, separate with a dash (i.e., 000, 100-200, 300). 

 

Proceeds Paid to an Attorney Objects: Enter the Objects used for proceeds paid to an attorney, If left blank, no expenditures will be selected for Proceeds Paid to an Attorney. If more than one object code applies, separate using commas. If using a range of object codes, separate with a dash (i.e., 000, 100-200, 300).

 

Rents Objects: Enter the Rents Objects, if applicable. If left blank, no expenditures will be selected for Rents. If more than one object code applies, separate using commas. If using a range of object codes, separate with a dash (i.e., 000, 100-200, 300).

 

Royalties Objects: Enter the Royalties Objects, if applicable. If left blank, no expenditures will be selected for Royalties. If more than one object code applies, separate using commas. If using a range of object codes, separate with a dash (i.e., 000, 100-200, 300).

 

NOTE: You must enter the appropriate object codes in the Medical And Healthcare Payment Objects, Proceeds Paid To An Attorney Objects, Rent Objects, or Royalties Objects fields for those expenditures to be included on the 1099-MISC Form.

 

Include 1099 Payroll Reserve Vendors As Proceeds Paid To An Attorney: Check this Check Box if you want to include 1099 Payroll Reserve Vendors as proceeds paid to an attorney.

 

Only use the following two items if you are importing 1099 information from a file:

Alternate Begin Date: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to enter the alternate Begin Date for the 1099s.

 

1099 File: To import 1099 adjustments or unconverted 1099 information, browse to locate the file. Please refer to the Wen-GAGE i-Accounting 1099 Import Specification document for information on how to format the file.

 

NOTE: Before printing the 1099 Forms, verify that the PDF Viewer Page Sizing and Handling Setting is set to Actual Size.

 

 

Click to export the Form 1099 Listing directly to PDF Format in order to print/save the report.

 

Click to save the criteria entered as the default when you print 1099s. NOTE: If you are importing 1099 information from a file, the Set As Default Criteria button will not save the Alternate Begin Date or the import file selections, and should be set each time the Print 1099s Form is opened.  

 

Click to print the Miscellaneous Income 1099 Forms.

 

Click to pint the Nonemployee Compensation 1099 Forms.

 

Click to create the e-file for the IRS. NOTE: The IRS requires Form 1099 information be electronically submitted when filing 250 or more forms. If filing less than 250 forms, the Form 1099 Information may either be electronically submitted or mailed directly to the IRS.

 

Click to create the e-file for the OTC. NOTE: The OTC requires all Form 1099 information be electronically submitted through the Oklahoma Taxpayer Access Point (OkTAP) system and will not accept paper 1099s by mail.

 

If you have Default Criteria set, click if you want to clear those settings.
