.The Perform Edit Checks Tool allows you to validate the Classification Coding for OCAS Edit Checks.
Click the Options Menu, Tools, Perform Edit Checks to access the Perform Edit Checks Screen.
Input specifications are as follows:
Classification Bolding Selection: The system defaults the Classification Bolding Selection to STATE. However, you may use the Drop Down List Box or type to change the Selection, if necessary.
Account Bolding Selection: The system defaults the Account Bolding Selection to STATE. However, you may use the Drop Down List Box or type to change the Selection, if necessary.
Edit Checks: Check the appropriate box(es).
Click .
A PDF with the result log will appear. You may print/save the result log.
