Locations is used to define the shipping or billing addresses.
Click the Options Menu, Setup, Locations to access Setup/Locations.
Click
to enter a New Location.
Input Specifications are as follows:
Location UID: Enter a User Defined Identification Code for this Location. This is an alphanumeric field.
Name: Enter a Name for the location.
Line 1-3: Enter the address.
Note: The address entered for the Location will print on the Purchase Order as the Ship To or Bill To address.
City: Enter the City.
State: Use the Drop Down List Box to enter the State.
Zip: Enter the Zip Code.
Country: Use the Drop Down List Box to enter the Country.
TO EDIT a Location:
1. Select the Location you would like to edit.
2. Click .
3. Edit the appropriate data.
4. Click .
TO DELETE a Location:
Note: You cannot delete a Location, if it is used on a Purchase Order.
1. Select the Location you would like to delete.
2. Click .
3. A confirmation screen will appear.
4. Click Yes.
